Community Center Of Olathe

Th is s place is great! If you've got very small children, the splash pad area is gigantic compared to most other locations and can handle a lot of kids and parents. Several different pools available and a very fast moving lazy river that isn't so lazy. No tubes at this one as it's mostly for walking around. They also have two decent sized tube slides which usually open around 4pm and are very popular. People start lining up way ahead of time, so be prepared. Lots of lifeguards on duty at all times. And for the older folks, there is a gigantic hot tub that can hold a large number of people, but rarely has more than one or two in it. For folks that like to swim laps, they also have a 4 or 5 lane lap pool that has various hours of operation. Sometimes this is a really busy place, and others, not bad at all. People of all ages here. Olathe has summer swim passes available for various prices and gives great discounts for seniors and military. They also have chair lifts to help disabled people into some of the pools. It really is a great place!

Took my niece to play in volleyball league. Nice accommodations, clean, plenty of space, a lot going on there. Handicap accessible parking and restrooms.

So much fun!!! The pool is very cool. Lazy river, decorations, and a really engaging kiddy pool area with lots to do. I was even more impressed with the lifeguards. They were laser-focused and extremely attentive. I felt that my grandkids were verysafe.

I had one of the greatest experiences of my life when it comes to personal service for self. Julie the manager of this establishment is the kindest human being I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. This community center is extremely organized and very helpful to their community. I absolutely and highly suggest that people come here to get their monies worth.

Quit planet fitness, mitro Prolapse Valve heart surgery Valve heart repaired surgery! I knew i had to do lap swimming to get my heart strength back. Sports trainer - threaphy, injury repair, strengthening. Did my own rehab! Right knee feels good now, no pain. Some people tell me there knee still has pain 3yrs later. Here is the break down. Surgery afterwards Is painful, work on extension at home - rasing leg forward every hr,several times. I was going up & down, steps that night. Use the water pump cooling system. You have to put the work in before & after. I was doing strengthening exercises with legs before( weigh lifter) surgery,I over did & did hurt myself causing an ex 2week extension- of PT. It even made scream when it happened. No pain can race walk again. Left in Jan !
